Conshohocken, PA - September 3, 2008 - Alliance Consulting, a premier global business intelligence and application outsourcing provider, has launched two separate companies to better focus on their unique strengths and positions in the market. The two companies, Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, Inc., and Alliance Global Services, will continue to be majority owned by Saints Capital, a leading venture capital firm located in San Francisco, California.

"This is the culmination of several years of work to strategically re-position Alliance to respond to our clients' need for more specialization and domain expertise from their consulting services providers. This change creates two highly focused operations with unique and differentiated value propositions," said former Alliance CEO, Anthony Ibargüen, who will now serve as Chairman of the Board of both companies. "Saints has also enabled more management and employee ownership, which will help the companies to attract and retain outstanding people in this competitive market."

Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, Inc. (ALSCG) will be a highly focused firm with over 210 people working in the Life Sciences industry to provide information management services to its growing client base. John Foley, former Executive Vice President of Alliance's Life Sciences sector, will become the new company's President and CEO. Alliance Life Sciences will be headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ.

"We believe that the launch of a separate corporate entity will enable increased concentration and targeted investment on our Life Sciences consulting services offerings. We will be able to sharpen our focus on our asset-based solutions, helping Pharmaceutical Manufacturers meet their business and compliance challenges regarding revenue and customer management," said Foley.

Alliance Global Services (AGS) will provide globally delivered software solutions to clients within targeted industries. AGS will focus on providing application development and integration services to clients, leveraging its hybrid global delivery methodology to ensure high value and high quality software solutions. John Castleman, a former Executive Vice President with Alliance, will now serve as the company's President and CEO. AGS will maintain its current headquartered location in Conshohocken, PA.
