• John Foley

    President and CEO

    John Foley has over 15 years of experience working with Pharmaceutical firms to develop & deploy information technology solutions. He joined Alliance in 1999 to manage the Philadelphia office and subsequently founded their Pharmaceutical Practice in 2001, formally establishing their New Jersey office. He recently became President and CEO of Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, Inc. when Alliance Consulting launched two separate companies in August of 2008.

    John was previously a Partner of First Consulting Group (NYSE:FCG) responsible for their New Jersey based Pharmaceutical Practice. Prior to FCG, John was the VP of Sales for Integrated Systems Consulting Group and was a major contributor to their growth and successful IPO through Safeguard Scientifics (NYSE:SFE) and merger with FCG.

    John is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Michael Cram

    CLM Practice Leader

    Mike Cram is an industry recognized expert in the Contract Lifecycle Management consulting space.  Prior to his current position as Practice Leader for ECLM Solutions at Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, Mike held positions with several of the leading edge CLM software companies.  For the past 13 years Mike has concentrated on the successful use of automation in improving the contract lifecycle management process for small and large enterprises.  Mike has built a practice at Alliance specializing in the successful implementation of CLM programs for our Life Sciences clients.

     

    With over 30 implementations on a variety of platforms and across industries, Mike has worked with many of the early adopters of ECLM technology.  Mike’s career spans over 22 years in the development, sales/marketing, implementation and management of major software content and technology implementation projects.

  • Jim Burke

    Vice President, Contract Management

    Jim Burke is VP, Contract Management Solutions for Alliance Life Sciences. As Director and Practice Lead, Jim is ultimately responsible for the planning and delivery of all projects within Alliance’s Pharmaceutical Contract Management practice. He also is charged with building alliances with software vendors and complementary service providers to strengthen Alliance’s ability to bring the best-in-class solutions to their clients.

    Jim joined Alliance in 2004, bringing with him an extensive background in contract management, including experience from contract management systems implementation projects at over ten life sciences companies. Since joining, Jim has expanded the Contract Management practice to virtually all of Alliance’s pharmaceutical clients, with projects ranging from managed support initiatives to custom solution development and business intelligence projects.

    Jim has over 8 years of experience working with Pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Alliance, he was a Director in I-many’s Professional Services organization. He is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ with a B.S. in Technology Management.

  • Tom Johnstone

    Vice President, Sales

    Tom has over 10 years of experience selling and leading sales teams. As Vice President of Sales, Tom is responsible for directing all of Alliance ’s business development activities across the Life Sciences Industry. In addition to client activities, Tom manages the relationships with Alliance ’s software partners. He joined Alliance in 2005 as a Senior Account Executive and was subsequently promoted to his current position in 2006.

    Prior to Alliance, Tom worked at Immedient, where he was successful in conceptualizing Microsoft-based solutions for the Pharmaceutical industry and selling those solutions to a broad client base.  Prior to Immedient, Tom worked for 4 years at CIBER, where he specialized in selling Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions to Pharmaceutical and Insurance industry companies. 

    Tom is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance.

  • Michele Cackowski

    Vice President, Recruiting

    Michele Cackowski has over 15 years of experience in the Consulting and Software industry.  She is currently responsible for overseeing the Operations of Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group including recruiting, sales support and human resources.

    Prior to joining Alliance in 2004 Michele was a Recruiting / Consulting Services Manager for Knowledge Partners Inc. (KPI) and a Sr. Recruiter for Spectrum Technology Group / CIBER, Inc. Michele also held an HR Management position for Computer Associates (CA) focusing on recruitment, employee relations, employee care and acquisition integration. 

  • John Gresko

    Vice President, Delivery

    John Gresko has over 20 years of experience in constructing Information Technology Solutions, specifically Project Management/System Development/IT Consulting in the Pharmaceutical/Consumer Product industries. He joined Alliance in 2005 as a Solutions Architect and has been instrumental in delivering solutions in several strategic accounts. John is currently Vice President of Application Services. Over his career, John has been rewarded with increasing responsibility in IT system development, people management, project management, client management and solution sales. John has successfully lead many projects, including several large projects in the Drug Discovery, Contract Management, Sales Operations and Consumer Product areas.

    John was previously a Director with First Consulting Group (FCG) where he was responsible for project and people management in the Application Services Group.  Prior to FCG, John was a Project Manager and Solutions Architect with Roy F. Weston, Inc.

    John is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science.

  • Doug Rimerman

    Vice President, Sales

    Doug Rimerman has over 10 years of experience working in Information Technology Consulting. He joined Alliance in 1998 as a sales representative and has been instrumental in expanding Alliance’s footprint in the Philadelphia market. Doug is currently Vice President of Sales and is responsible for managing a strategic account and also developing strategies to grow Alliance ’s business across the Consumer Industry.

    Doug was previously a National Account Manager with Paymentech where he was responsible for sales for the Eastern region. Prior to Paymentech, Doug was a Senior Account Executive for NCR Corporation.

    Doug is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.
